Jeremy passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 42. Wake will be held in the chapel of Conley Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Raymore, Saskatchewan, Canada on Sunday December 3 , 2017 at 5 pm. Memorial Service will be held Monday, December 4 at 10 am in the same location.
