Antoinne (Tony) Blind “Lightening Walker” was called home by the Creator on Friday, March 8, 2024 at the age of 69.

He has been reunited with his parents Moses Strongeagle and Violet Blind; Sister Shirley McNab; Brothers Robert Blind, Bill Strongeagle and Sidney Blind and his Elder Jacob Sanderson.

Tony leaves behind to mourn his wife of 42 years Donna, his children Nikki (Eric), Candace (Brandon), Larissa (Mitch), Devon (Deaysia), his grandchildren Tarec, Serenity, Ariana, Tannin, Theron, Aspen, Amiyah, Toryn, Aubree, Daxton and great grandchild Sunny.

His siblings Edna, Laverna, Suzie (Lyle), Donna (Fred), Butch (Rita), Danny (Blanche), Herman (Rita), Herb (Joyce) and Etheline.

As well as the many children he adopted or that were raised in our home over the years, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the Regina General Hospital 5E Doctors and Nurses for their compassion and care during his last few weeks of life.

Wake will be held Monday, March 11, 2024 in the Old Gym, George Gordon First Nation. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday March 12, 2024 at 11 am in the same location. Interment to follow in St Lukes Cemetery, George Gordon First Nation.
