William Charles Louison

May 30, 1977 – December 23, 2018

 

At the young age of 41 years, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Father, Son, Nephew, Uncle, Grandson and Friend.

 

Predeceased by his loving Mother, Carol Lynn Bear, Grandmother, Doris Bear, Shum, Albert Bear, Aunties, Marieta Louison and Gladys Louison, Uncles, Paul (Rosco) Louison, Wallace Louison and George Beaudin, Cousins Richard and Jamie Bear.

 

Billy leaves to cherish his memory, his beautiful daughters Cheyanne and Shenika and his son, Jamie, his Father, William Charles Louison Sr.(Darlene Dustyhorn) and Brothers, Shane Bear (Tina  Goforth) Leslie Dean Bear (Crystal Sanguais) and Dion Alexson. Loving adopted Mothers, Mary LaPlante and Freida Pelletier (nee Bear) and Special Cousin Helen Bear. Aunties Darlene Bear (Uncle Blair Taypotat), Auntie Dense Beaudin, Auntie Patti Delorme (Uncle Chibo Delorme) Uncle Bradley Bear (Auntie Lorrie Hotomanie), Auntie Pauline Louison and Uncle Alvin Eric Losuion.  Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and friends. . 

 

Billy was born in Wolseley, SK and lived in Regina with his Mother and Brothers.  After the passing of his Mother in 1985, he went to live with his Auntie Darlene and Uncle Blair.  In grade 11 he went to Boarding School in Duck Lake, SK to play hockey.  He went with his friends, Headman Luke George and Mark George.  He was so proud when his Auntie and Uncle bought him all brand new hockey equipment.  He then attended Lebret Residential school for grade 12.  His Auntie and Uncle talked about what a good boy he was, always listened and was never fussy.  Billy went on to Bold Eagle in Wainright, Alberta on August 15, 1997.  We thank each and every one of you who played a role in his life, you blessed and enriched his life by being a part of it.

 

The wake will be held on Monday, December 31, 2018 starting at 4:00 p.m. at the Chief Denton George Multiplex, Ochapowace First Nation.  On Tuesday, January 1, 2019, a feast will be held at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Church Service at 1:00 p.m. with Minister Brig Judy officiating and the Crooked Lake Agency singers. Interment will be in the Bear Valley cemetery located at Round Lake in the Qu’Appelle Valley. A family feed will take place after the burial back at the Multiplex and we invite each one of you to come and join us.  The family wishes to thank all those for your love and support.
