The family of Alfred” Gordie” James Machiskinic are saddened to announce his passing on February 21 2020 at the age of 56.
Gordie was predeceased by his parents Victor and Ida Machiskinic; brothers Jerry, Charles and Herbie, mother-in-law Margaret Dustyhorn.
He is survived by loving wife Samantha; sons Mark (Claudia), Lance (Kylie), Garrett (Nicole), Tyler (Lynn), and Leland; adopted son Little Joe Gordon (Darla); daugthers, Nina (Glenn), Lynnette, Danielle (Joe), and Angel; adopted Children, Jesse Kehler, Shane Asapace, Dez Pambrum, Morning Star Tataquason; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brothers Joseph (Teresa), Cocan, Karl (Candy), Martin (Joyce), Carl (Diana); adopted brothers Darren (Jo), Wes (Crystal); sisters Mouse (Ruebin), Sally (Harvey), Joan (Bruce), Molly (Jeremiah), Lilly (Phil), Helen; adopted sisters, Joyce (Ken), Bev ( Arnold), Deb (Sheray), Sheila (Darcy); best friends Brad Poorman, Stan Mantik, Harold Asapace; as well as numerous poker buddies.
Wake service will be held Monday, February 24, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in Asiniw-Kisik Education Complex, Kawacatoose First Nation. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, February 25th at 2:00 p.m. in the same location. Arrangements entrusted to Conley Funeral Home, Raymore, Wynyard, Fort Qu’Appelle, and Wolseley. 306-746-1000.
