Alison Lynn Phillips

September 16, 1978 - September 14, 2025

Alison’s mother called her home to heaven and grounded her eternally in the best place possible—after she once again refused to behave herself. Mischief, paired with love and laughter, was an ongoing theme in her life, and she could get away with almost anything by flashing her beautiful smile. Alison was predeceased by her mother, Cathie, in 2021. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Phoebe, Billy, and London. The family is also honored to include Ben, London’s father, among those who cared for her. Although their relationship did not endure, his support of Alison and the family did. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Charles and Zelda; her father, Ron; her brother, Jeff; her sister, Jen; and her nieces, Miellyn and Izzy. She will be deeply missed by her faithful companion, Cosmo, along with many extended family members who loved her kind and gentle spirit. From protecting the little things in life, like the spiders in the corner, to the big things, like her loved ones, Alison cared deeply about those around her. She was funny, sharp, witty, and bright; there was never a dull moment in her company. Like her mom, she was understanding and accepting, always giving people the benefit of the doubt. Alison loved animals—even insects—and was truly compassionate to anyone in need, whether human or creature. She was cheeky, feisty, and carried a wonderful sense of humor, even through her darkest times. As a tribute to her loyalty, laughter, and endearing charm, Alison is remembered not only by family, but also by her many lifelong and childhood friends near and far.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 11 am in the Valley Alliance Church, Fort Qu'Appelle, SK. The service will be livestreamed from the church website.
