Allan Adam Sieben

March 27, 1955 – April 23, 2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Allan Adam Sieben announces his sudden passing on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 65 years of age.

Allan was predeceased by his parents; Sylvester and Rose Alma Sieben.

He leaves behind his partner of over 20 years, Barbara Evans as well as 7 children from his first marriage to Christianne Hall and 15 grandchildren; Sarah (Pheng) and their children Shakira, Chays, Ceren and Orryn, Joshua and his children Sierra, Tyson and Lily, Allison (Paul) and their children Isabelle and Hunter, Elijah (Maxine) and their children Jayden, Daniel, Austin and Lincoln, Benjamin, Leah and her children Gryphon and Greyson, and Elisa.  He also leaves behind his 13 brothers and sisters and their families, Rose Mary, Alex, Sylvester, Jeanette, Bill (Donna), Robert (Laurie), Arnold, John Paul (Sirrocco), Patrick (Patricia), Patricia (Lionel), Louis, Joe (Shelley) and Kathy.

Allan was a skilled hunter and avid outdoorsman with a love and connection to the land that he shared with all who had the privilege to know him. A masterful and creative carpenter, whose skills reached far beyond the world of wood and into many artistic endeavors, like his impressive antler carvings. He loved spending time with family and friends and did it often, his door was open with a promise of good food, warm conversation and a friendly game of dice. He will be greatly missed by all those privileged to know him and be remembered for his good humor and his patient, accepting, generous and loving nature.

The family understands the unique circumstance with the COVID-19 pandemic. We regretfully will be unable to have a traditional wake and funeral. We will be adhering to Saskatchewan Health protocol and regulations of gathering restrictions to ensure the safety of those who come to pay their respects. We ask that our family and friends please join us in prayer if you are unable to attend due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Visitations will be held Thursday, April 30, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Conley Funeral Home, Fort Qu’Appelle SK. Followed by private family burial at the Peepeekisis First Nation.
