Annie Schmidt Obituary

August 16, 1926 – October 31, 2021

Annie Lillie Schmidt passed away peacefully at home in Southey, SK. at the age of 95. She was predeceased by her loving husband Florian; parents Fredrich and Maria Wittal; 3 sisters; 8 brothers; and great grandaughter Cambria Shuba.

Annie leaves behind to mourn children Warren (Lorrie), Tammie (Roy), Aron (Cara); grandchildren Nikita, Dakota (Brad), Michael, Krysti (Kale), Benjamin; Great grandchildren Lawsyn, Kaydince, Hailey, Emilia; and many nephews, nieces and friends. Annie was an avid gardener into her mid 90's and loved spending time with friends and family.

A private family funeral service will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11 am in the Southey Lutheran Church, with interment to follow in the North Southey Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Annies memory can be made to the North Southey Lutheran Cemetery.
