Byron Sid Starr, beloved husband of Reah Starr,was called home to the creator on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the age of 41. Byron is predeceased by his Father Andrew Starr, Mother Dinah Starr his sister Pauline Manyshots and Nefew Cole Manyshots. He is survived by his partner Reah Starr his Son SkyDance Starr Daughter's Sagelynn Starr, Shanowa Saulteauax-Starr and Shakara Saulteauax-Starr His Sisters Barbara Starr (Mark), Beverly Starr his Brothers Daniel Starr (Sacha), Benjamin Starr. His nephew's Cohen Manyshots, Kellie Littletent Nieces Cassandra ChiefMoon (Nikki), MorningDove Starr (Donnell), Justine Littletent (Mark jr), Shynika Littletent (Jole), Arika Littletent l, Ava Desnomie, Anayah Desnomie, Gracie Starr. Grandchildren Dovelyne Desjarlais and Davonna Desjarlais. And many other nieces nephews aunts uncles and friends and family whom he loved dearly. Also a big thank you to his spiritual Helpers whom he had great respect for Darryl Bellegarde and Rick Favel.

Wake will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Okanese Learning Center, Okanese First Nation. Funeral service will be held the following day, Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the same location. Children are special gifts from the creator, so as per traditional protocol the family asks for no children under 12 to be in attendance.
