Catherine Elizabeth McLeod

November 25, 1939 – May 27, 2021

It is with great sadness that the family of Cathy McLeod (Lacree) announce her passing, after suffering from the disease of Alzheimer's for many years, our mom is now at peace.

Mom was predeceased by her husband Norm McLeod, her mom Madeleine Lacree (Blondeau) and dad Bill Lacree.

Mom leaves behind her brother Brian Lacree and his wife Christine, her 3 boys Robert Byers and Xiu Li and his children Michael, Jared and Chantell and their families, David and Penny Byers and their children Kurtis and Christina and their families, and Kevin and Annette Byers and their son Jordan and his family.

Mom also leaves behind Norm's children- Joanne McLeod, Janice Reach, Stephen McLeod, Judy McLeod and their families.

After mom had passed we were having many conversations with friends and family and we heard so many times that our mom was so kind and respectful to everyone and that she had that smile. We hope that we can live up to her legacy. Rest in peace mom, love you.

Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday June 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Lebret Saskatchewan. Inurnment to follow in the Fort Qu'Appelle Community Cemetery.
