It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Dustin McDonald on July 10, 2021 in Regina at the age of 31.
Dustin was born at Regina General Hospital on April 18, 1990, the second of two boys born to Michelle Lee Cyr and Donald McDonald. Dustin was predeceased by his Paternal Grandparents Stanley and Eva McDonald, Step – Grandpa Allan Fisher; Great-Grandparents Solomon and Amelia. Maternal Grandparents Maude (Irene) Cyr and Bill Roland, maternal Great Grandparents Joe and Clara Cyr and mother Michelle Cyr.
Dustin is survived by his Paternal Grandmother Lucy Fisher, dad Donald McDonald and step-dad Edward Badger, siblings Glen Heins, John McDonald, Dallas Badger-Cyr, Santanna Nagy, and Creedance Cyr.
Dustin spent his younger years with his Grandma Maude in Regina and with Grandma Lucy on Pasqua FN. He attended school in both Regina and In Pasqua.
Dustin loved spending time with his family and hanging out with his bros. He was a fun-loving guy who enjoyed making beats, writing lyrics and singing along with his favourite tunes. He loved to take things apart and put them back together, that included anything from computers to bicycles.
Wake will be held Friday, July 16, 2021 at 4 pm in the old gym, George Gordon First Nation. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 11 am in the same location. Interment to follow in St Lukes cemetery, George Gordon First Nation.
