Edward Smith Kinequon

March 20, 1977 - November 10, 2023

It is with heavy hearts and sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Edward Smith Kinequon. On Friday November 10, 2023 our beloved father, grandfather, brother, nephew and friend passed away at the age of 46 years old in Regina, SK.

Ed was predeceased by his parents Linda Kinequon and George Smoke; brother Evan Kinequon; and grandparents Smith and Mary Kinequon. He will be lovingly remembered by his common-law Renee Blixrud; daughters Mackenzie (Carter) and Katie; sons James and Brendon (Tia); brother Robin (Summer); sisters Melissa (Terence) and Janice (Joshua); and special aunt Debbie Kinequon, as well as numerous aunts and uncles.

Ed loved and cherished his children and grandchildren immensely. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, camping, traveling and especially fast cars. Ed had a great sense of humor and will be missed greatly.

A wake will be held on Friday November 17, 2023 at Day Star First Nation Gymnasium at 4:00 pm. Celebration of Life on Saturday November 18, 2023 at Day Star First Nation Gymnasium at 11:00 am. Cremation at a later date.
