It is with great sadness and sorrow we share the news of Fredrick Ralph Poorman’s passing January 1, 2024.

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters Maxine Poorman and his little buddy Samuel Poorman-Wright and Melissa McKenzie (Martin). Sons Oliver Machiskinic (Carol), Eldon Machiskinic and Chet Machiskinic. Adopted son Trevor Poorman. Big brother William Poorman Sr (Lillian). Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Fred is predeceased by his parents Fred Sr. and Bessie Poorman. His brothers John E Poorman, Ernest Poorman and Steven Poorman. His sisters Stella Machiskinic, Joyce Dustyhorn, Edna Poorman and a baby sister in infancy.

Wake will be held Wednesday, January 3 at 4 pm in the Asiniw-Kisik Education Center Gymnasium, Kawacatoose First Nation. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 11 am in the same location.
