It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Thomas Gordon or Sunday May 9, 2021 at the age of 61.

Gary is predeceased by his parents Sidney and Jean Gordon; his brother Gilbert David Gordon (Smokey); and his nephew Robert John Gordon. Gary is  survived by his wife Laureen Akapew and his children; Garett Gordon, Chelsey Bear (Jerrod) and Greg Kaiswatum (Renee); his siblings Bernice Lewis, Patricia Gordon(Tommy), Sidney Gordon (Connie), Shirley Gordon, Buddy Gordon Sr. (Geraldine), Henry Wolfe (Monica) Bonny Gordon (Russell), and special brothers Faron Akapew and Allan “Chips” McNab; his grandchildren Teanna Bear (Sam), David Bear and Tyla Bear; his nephews and nieces; Martin Lewis, Kylie Durocher, Terry Gordon, Sherry Hall (Jason), Jonathan Gordon, Marion Gordon-Bird (Rainie), Joshua Gordon (Susan), Roberta Desjarlais, Travis Toto (Jordyn),Dolly Desjarlais Cheryl Gordon-Cyr (Daniel) Buddy Gordon Jr.,  Lisa Wolfe, Caysen and Carter Alexson, godson Lawrence Akapew Jr. and numerous of other grandchildren, cousins and special friends.

Visitations will be held Wednesday May 12, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Conley Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Raymore SK. Wake will be held on Wednesday May 12, 2021 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Buddy Gordon Sr. house, House #20, George Gordon First Nations. Graveside funeral service will be held the followings day, Thursday May 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Luke’s cemetery, George Gordon First Nation.
