Grace passed away peacefully and suddenly surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday, March 8, 2025.

Grace was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Emily Poorman; an infant son and daughter; stepdaughters Tracey Debbie, Suzzie Mac; brothers Richard, Eric and Percy Poorman; sisters Doris Cyr and Irene Asapace,

Grace is survived by her husband Austin Kay; daughters Charlene (Greg), Eileen and her son Fred; sisters Christina, Gloria (Elvis), Clara, Velma (Gilbert); brother Edward (Bridgette); 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; stepchildren Claude, Lori and Winston Kay.

Wake will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 4 pm in the Asiniw-Kisik Education Center Gym, Kawacatoose First Nation. Funeral Service will be held Wedensday, March 12, 2025 at 11 am in the same location.
