December 5, 1956 – May 29, 2021

Jackie was called home by the creator unexpectedly on May 29, 2021 at the age of 64.

He was predecesed by his parents Reggie and Edna Keewatin; brothers Eddie, Arnold and Steve Keewatin; sister Frances Fontaine.

Jackie is survived by his children Tyrell, Arlen, Janessa, and Brett Starblanket, Kayla Pasap, Leslie and Jacqueline Straightnose; sisters Deanna Keewatin, Debbie (Jake) Keewatin; brothers Murray (Candace) Keewatin, Wesley Keewatin; grandchildren, and numerous friends and relatives.

Wake will be held on Friday June 4, 2021 beginning at 4 pm in the Eagledome, Lebret SK. Funeral Service will be held the next day, Saturday June 5, 2021 beginning at 11 am in the same location. Interment in Starblanket Cree Nation Cemetery. Covid -19 protocols will apply.
