It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jason Trevor Alexson. Who passed away on March 2, 2025, with family by his side.

He was predeceased by his parents, Fred (JR) Bear and Marcella Bear; wife Inez Kahnapace; son, Terry McNab; grandchildren, Caleb McNab -Oochoo; paternal grandparents, Fred Bear and Grace Bear; maternal grandparents, Fred Alexson and Marceline Alexson.

Jason is survived by his children, Breyanna McNab and stepdaughters, Kianna, Kalista, Klarice Kahnapace; grandchildren, Lexus Taniskishayinew, Caizlyn McNab and Abby - Raye McNab, Myrna-Mae and Malaya Marie; brother, Jared Bear, sisters, Trudy and Serena Alexson; as well as numerous uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

The family wishes to thank the Pasqua Hospital, Intensive Care Unit. The numerous friends and family for their prayers, encouragement and support.

Wake will be held at Kahkewistahaw First Nation, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the sports complex. Funeral Service will be held at Kahkewistahaw First Nation, on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the same location.
