June 17, 1967 – April 9, 2025

The family is saddened to announce the passing of Joanne Marie Cyr, on April 9, 2025 at the age of 57.

Joanne is survived by her daughters Anna & Sheena (Troy); grandchildren Angel, Pearl, Khailie-Rae, Catherine, Mahjuana, Arianna, Kaydance, Brayden, Marius, Payton, Stewart & Trevor JR; great grandchildren Sapphira, Aurora, Autumn & Ty; sisters Leona, Marlene (Pete), Darlene & Joyce (Ryan); brother Kevin; as well as her dearest special friend Travis.

She is predeceased by her parents Catherine & John Cyr; her baby girl Tamara Lynn; great grands George & Khrisean.

A wake will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025, in the old gymnasium on George Gordon First Nation, at 4pm. Funeral services will be held in the same location on the following day, Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 11 am.
