Joseph Thomas Pambrun (Tom)

 

It’s with great sadness to announce the passing of Joseph Thomas Pambrun(Tom) He was born December 4, 1936 at Muskowekwan First Nation. Tom passed away on January 21, 2023; Tom was predeceased by his parents John & Vernique Pambrun, His wife Lillian Spence (Cookie) brother Lawrence (Half), sisters Marceline, Therese, Nora and Rosalie

Tom is survived by his brother Jean Baptist(John) (Rose) Pambrun, sister in law Emma Pambrun, Foster son Fabian Wuttunee, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren.

Tom attended Residential school on Muskowekwan First Nation. When Tom was 18 years old he went into the Army, but to an injury he was released. He worked as an Ironworker; he worked on the Granville and Burrard Street Bridges in Vancouver. Most of his life he travelled across Canada and United States as an Ironworker. Uncle Tom loved to play the guitar and sing. He also enjoyed singing with his sister Rosalie along with his nephews and nieces and numerous friends. Tom was the life of the party.

He will be remembered for his crazy way and kind hearted nature. Today we will gather together to celebrate his life our Dearest Uncle Tom. He is now on his journey home to be with his Heavenly Family. He will be missed by all that knew him and loved him.

Wake will be held Tuesday, January24, 2023 at 430 pm in the Lestock Town Hall, Lestock, SK. Funeral service will be held Wednesday January 25, 2023 at 11 am in the same location. Interment in the Muskowekwan First Nation cemetery

At the request of family no children allowed at the wake.
