“Kimmy”

November 7, 2007 – May 3, 2025

Kimmy was called home by the Creator on May 3, 2025 at the age of 17 years.

She was predeceased by her mother Phyllis Thomas; biological father Rodney Nippi; stepfather Grant Bigsky and Fredrick Strongeagle; moshums Wilfred Dustyhorn (Bunny), Dennis Dustyhorn (Chuck), Bert Dustyhorn (Cheeman); Kokum Margaret Paquette (Baby Girl); and infant brother Baby Rod.

Left to cherish her memory are her siblings Riley, Kelsey, Jarrod, Shanada, Sanjay, Jason Jr, Jada, Zavier, Conrad and Angel; Kokums Doreen and Faye; special aunts Karmen and Terri; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Kimmy also had a special place in her heart for all her nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Wake will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 4 pm in the Elders Lodge, Kawacatoose First Nation. Funeral service will be held Friday May 9, 2025 at 11 am in the same location.
