It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Koletyn Blaze Creeley.

Wake will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 4pm In the Okanese Learning Centre on Okanese First Nation. Funeral services will take place the following day, Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11am in the same location. Services will NOT be livestreamed.
