Krista is predeceased by her grandparents, Thomas Bear and Eva Alexson; Her parents, Greg Shangwais and Marla (Alexson) Louison; Her son, Leslie White Bear; Daughter, Wyonna; and her brother Marcel Alexson.

Krista is survived by her partner, Greg Panisiak; Her sons, Jonas Alexson and Brydon Whitebear; Sisters, Darla Alexson, Maurissa Louison; her grandchildren; and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Wake will be held Monday, June 29th, 2026 at 4:00pm in the Kahkewistahaw Complex, Kahkewistahaw First Nation, Sk. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 at 1:00pm in the same location.
