Lawrence Quinton Thompson

April 22, 1971 - July 18, 2024

Lawrence was loved by many family and friends. He leaves to mourn his passing, his son, Dakota Ryder and grandchildren - Cadence, Gabriel, Drayton-Ray and Hazlyn. Stepchildren, Shawn Spencer, Terri Marcia, Demi Spencer and Jeri Spencer- grandchildren Madison, Ellie, Avery and Alex.

Sisters Jackie Thompson-Osceola (Steve), Dawn Thompson (Joe), Lani Elliott (Rob), Angela Prettyshield, Holley Rope and brothers Leon Ryder, Chris Prettyshield and Clint Rope. Special friend Sheila Spencer,

Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Many many friends and relatives.

Predeceased by his twin brother Clarence Thompson, grandson Dominic, baby sisters April Rope and Rita Rope. Nephew Roman McNabb. Parents Edgar Prettyshield and Donna Thompson. Grandparents Katherine Thompson and Duncan and Isabelle Prettyshield. As well as Katrina Ryder, his son's mother.

Lawrence lived a full and vivacious life for many many years with his twin. They did many things together but they mostly enjoyed hunting together. Both were artists and carpenters. Lawrence's artwork is all over Canada, His compassion for others was a quality that shone through even in his darkest days. The twins are back together!
