March 25, 1947 - January 22, 2025

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Mary Bernadette Grey (Bellegarde) who passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 22, 2025 at the age of 77 years at her home in Little Black Bear. Mary was predeceased by her maternal grandparents David & Christine Bird, paternal grandparents John & Clara Bellegarde, parents Wilfred & Emily Bellegarde, 1st husband Alex Bellegarde and 2nd husband Wayne Grey, her sisters Geraldine and Beatrice and her baby brother John, her great granddaughter Rowyn Lilly, her best friend Christine.

Mary is survived by her children Chris (Connie), Andrea (Ray), Melissa & Brigette (Patrick), her grandchildren Tyler, Jacinda (Brandon), Alex (Leah), Chris Jr., Bailey (Kyle), Janene, Austin (Abby), Kristen (Shay), Caitlyn (Lennox), Ethan (Latoya), Jamie (Draven), Kiana & Curtis, 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, her brother Jason, her Godchildren,  many cousins, nieces and nephews, and everyone who knew her. 

The family would like to give a special thanks to Kelley Phillips, Karen Amyotte, Lois Dixson, Lynn-Anne Poier and Karen Loveridge for all your help and unwavering support.

There will be a Celebration of Mary's Life January 27, 2025 at 11:00 am at the LBB Community Centre, Little Black Bear First Nation on January 27, 2025 at 11:00 am.
