It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our daughter, sister, niece, mother, granddaughter, and great friend.
Megan is predeceased by her maternal great grandparents Alex Goodwill & Stella Goodwill; grandfathers Melvin Isnana Sr., Arthur Redman Sr, Rick Whitecloud & Larry McKay; sister Dana Brown; adopted father Rick Favel; and many more close family and friends.
She is survived by her mother Andrea Terrileen Redman and step father Stewart Head; father Marcel Isnana; daughter Meleah Isnana; son Wakiyan Redbird; Grandmothers Dianne Goodwill & Stella Isnana; aunties and uncles; siblings Amanda, Jordan(Piwapin), Cheyenne, Darius(Patti), Erin(Peanut), Shae-lynn, Kaley, Taylor, Lori, Holden, Alexis(Jake), Leigh, Melody, Tashanna, Dontay, Ayanna, Mahpiya; adopted (Hunka) families in Canada and the United States and all those that loved her and cared for her.
Megan was born on Christmas Day, December 25th, 1990. She attended Tatanka Najin School and graduated from the Bert Fox Community High School. Megan enjoyed her cultural and Dakota beliefs, she attended powwows and celebrations before she could walk. In her travels she met and made many friends and relatives throughout Canada and the United States. Megan was very proud of her children Meleah and Wakinyan. Megan’s tenacity, strong spirit, humour and strength endured the challenges she encountered. We would like to say thank you to all those that helped her; her nurses, her doctors, her friends, her kidney/dialysis team and family, her kidney donor, and wacipi tiwahe.
Wake will be held July 23rd, 2025, at 4pm in Standing Buffalo Tatanka Najin School. Funeral Service will take place the following day, July 24th, 2025, at 10am in the same location.
