Nicholas is predeceased by his Grandparents; Thomas Bear, Eva Alexson; Father; Clinton Kinistino; Sisters Judy and Monica; Brothers Thomas and Winston.

Nicholas is survived by his mother Bonnie (Alexson) Beaudin; Stepfather Gerald Beaudin; His children John Wayne, Ashanti, Nicholas Jr, Danika, Dominique, Davina, and Daysun; Grandchildren Dresden, Sabastian, Makayla, Dion and Kyra; Grandmother Flora (Kinistino) Bobb; Siblings Jerilyn (Allister), Joel, Elijah (Kaylyn), Melissa, and Flora. As well as numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A wake will be held on Sunday, September 14th, 2025, at 4pm in the Kahkewistahaw Complex, Kahkewistahaw First Nation. Funeral service will be held the following day, Monday, September 15th, 2025, at 1 pm in the same location.
