It is with great love and fortitude that the family would like to share an announcement. Orville LaPlante has finally been returned home. With this, the family is now able to heal the hurt and loss that has been in their hearts for over a decade. Now that Orville is home, the family & friends can assist him with prayer on his journey to Creator.
Orville is predeceased by his parents Sidney & Margaret; brothers Ryan & Sheldon; nephews Damon & Marshall.
He is survived and cherished by his children Devenie (Mike) & Hilliard (Suzie), siblings Ethelene, Linus (Alvina), Rynold, Sarah (Rod) & Deneen; 9 grandchildren; special relatives Arlene Starr & Kevin Kurek as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends that have missed him dearly & will continue to.
Wake will be held Tuesday, July 30th, 2024 at 4pm in the Daystar First Nation Gymnasium, Daystar First Nation. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 31st, 2024 at 11 am in the same location. The family requests no children at the wake or service.
