Owen Bitternose Obituary

September 23, 1977 - January 2, 2024

Owen made his journey home on January 2, 2024 at the age of 46 years old. Owen was predeceased by grandparents Raymond and Mabel Bittenose; his parents Vernon Bitternose and Germaine Bear; niece Richele Bear; uncles/aunties Ron and Kathy Bitternose; Lorne Bitternose, Bernard Bitternose.

Owen is survived by his partner Melinda Sunshine; siblings Quinton (Sjaane) Bitternose, Michelle Bear, Viola Kay; children Desire Bitternose- Panipekeesick, Jacob Quinton Bitternose; uncles Harold and Darwin Bitternose .

Wake will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 4pm at the old gymnasium on George Gordon First Nation. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2023 at 11 am in the same location.
