Phoenix was called home by the Creator unexpectedly on November 27, 2023.

Wake will be held Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 4 pm in the Okanese Learning Center, Okanese First Nation. Funeral Service will be held Monday, December 4, 2023 at 11 am in the same location.
