August 7, 1959 – September 6, 2022

Pierre Poitras, son, brother, father, grandfather and uncle made his journey to the spirit world at the age of 63. He passed quietly in his sleep on September 6, 2022. He lived life to the fullest doing what he loved. He was an educator, artist, and golfer! He loved to be around family making us laugh and entertaining us with his Elvis impersonation singing and showing his love. He was a proud grandfather of 5 beautiful children Tayler, Maria, Keyanna, Ethan, and Farrah. Pierre was predeceased by his parents mother Leona Blondeau (nee Bird), fathers Maurice Blondeau and George Poitras, and daughter Shaunna Poitras. He survived by his sons Nicolas (Janie) and Byron, sisters Valerie, Brenda, Lori and brothers Curtis (April) and Edward.

A Celebration of His Life and Interment at his resting place will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Lebret, SK, on October 8, 2022 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Allen Blair Cancer Centre in Regina, SK.
