Ralph was born in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK and passed away peacefully in Yorkton, SK.

He is survived by his sisters Debra McKay (Raymond) & Jean Starr; brother Dennis Starr (Muriel); nephews Robert McKay (Denise), Gilbert Swanson, Derek Starr, Baby Wayne Starr, Matthew Starr; nieces Silvia McKay (Darryl), Lisa McNabb, Fern Starr, Kathy Starr (Willie), Patricia Starr, Krystal Swanson, Isabelle Starr (Mitch) & Jasmine Starr.

Ralph was predeceased by his father Joe Anaquod, mother Grace Starr; stepfather George Starr; brothers Wayne Starr (infancy), Ervin Stonechild, Leslie Starr & Wayne Starr; sisters Brenda Swanson & Karen Starr; nephews Shawn Swanson, Shane Swanson, Lloyd McKay (JR), Faron Akapew & Mikey Poitras; nieces Daphne McKay; daughter Candace; son Ryan as well as numerous grandchildren that will cherish his memory forever.

Family would like to thank the Balcarres Integrated Care Centre & Yourkton Hospital, as well as Conley Funeral Home.

Wake will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 4pm in the Okanese Learning Center on Okanese First Nation. Funeral services will take place the following day, Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 10am in the same location.
