Sharon Uhl, late of Bulyea, Sask., passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, January 25, 2026 with her family by her side at the age of 69. Predeceased by her parents Martin and Louise Schneider and in-laws, Frank and Anne Uhl, also in-laws Allan, Jeanne, Fred, and Jim. She leaves to mourn her husband of 46 years, Larry; daughter Amber (Ken) and grandchildren Sydney and Grayson; son Dylan (Chelsea), and grandchildren Berkley and Maverick; brothers Dave (Jackie), Ron (Doreen), and sister Donna (Mick). Also her in-laws; Bonus Mom, Evelyn Mohr, Maryann, Don (Trudy), Jo-Anne (Roy), Jackie (Wayne), Diane (Gerry); bonus sisters Sharon (Wally) and Bev, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Her grandchildren were the joy of her life and number 1 in her heart, they came first over every other consideration. Larry and Sharon spent their retirement years traveling – cruises and bus trips were always fun. They devoted much of their time to their grandchildren, taking them to their activities and having them to stay in their home. She enjoyed her wine, loved the colour green, and her incredible baking is something that will be forever missed by many. Sharon was very active in the community, helping out wherever she was needed. She was always first up to offer a helping hand, sometimes protesting, but always really wanting to do it. Their home was the place for many family functions with family and friends too numerous to mention and all were welcome.
A service will be held at a later date. Anyone wishing to make any charitable donations can send them to the Canadian Cancer Society.
