Trent was called home by the Creator on January 22, 2026 at Muskowekwan First Nation. 

He was predeceased by his mother Cherolyn Vivian Wolfe; grandparents Vivian Wolfe and Arthur Moosemay; sister Kayla Wolfe and Angel Akan; uncle Darryl Wolfe (Bun) who raised him. 

Trent is survived by his daughter Cherolyn Moosemay; father Louis Akan (Donna); siblings Keri, Bonnie Bruce, Rodger Rivera, Kecia Wolfe (Josh), Koda (Jaz), Austin (Daetrece); Russell Akan, Emmylou Akan; grandma Hazel Bitternose; and numerous aunties, nieces, nephews, and special friends. 

Wake will be held Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 4 pm in the Lestock Town Hall, Lestock, SK. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 11 am in the same location. Interment to follow in Muskowekwan First Nation Cemetery.
