It is with sadness that the family announce Trevor James Worm was called home by the Creator on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the age of 40.
Trevor was predeceased by his parents Ernest Worm and Barbara Oochoo; foster dad Dennis Tobacco; Baby Son; brother Preston Worm; sister Diane Kay.
Trevor is survived by common law partner Shawna Desjarlais, foster mom Lorraine Crowe; children Angeline Favel, Serenity Ewenin, Julie-Ann Favel. Lillian Worm, Maison Ewenin, Trevaugh Lee, Trevor Jr, Payton Worm; grandchildren Atreyu Ewenin Roper, Kimberlee Ewenin-Favel; brothers Ernest (Stephanie) Worm, Bill Kay, Allan Kay, Donald Kay, Dennis (Jennifer) Crowe, Barry Crowe, Charlie Favel Jr (Fluff); sisters Selena Kay, Barbara Kay, Nora (Stacey) Dustyhorn, Iva Kay, Candice Poorman, Denise Crowe, Jaqueline Machiskinic; as well as all his family and friends.

Traditional Wake will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at 4 pm in the Elders Lodge, Kawacatoose First Nation. Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 30, 2023 at 11 am in the same location. Interment in the North Cemetery, Kawacatoose First Nation.
