Trisha Nicole Buffalo

February 20, 1987 – July 1,2020

The family is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our mother, daughter, sister, niece, and aunty, Trisha Nicole Buffalo, on Wednesday July 1, 2020 at the age of 33.

She was predeceased by her father James Goforth Jr.; grandfathers Ron Buffalo Sr. and James Goforth Sr.; grandmother Marion Goforth; brother James Buffalo; uncles Darwin Buffalo, Willy and George Swanson, Douglas, Curtis and Roland Goforth; aunties Cynthia Buffalo, Susie, Rhonda and Geraldine Goforth, and special brother/cousin Terrence Buffalo.

She left to cherish the father of her children Sean Favel; her children Jameslyn, Kaylee and Boston; her mama Nancy Buffalo; mother Carolyn "Grace" Buffalo; mother-in-law Karen Favel, sisters Suzie (Ricki) and Gail; brothers Jared, Kolton, Darian, Dwayne, Brandon and Aaron; uncle Ron Buffalo Jr., aunties Cheryl (Bryan), Corrina (Bucky), and Sheila Goforth; as well and numerous cousins, nieces, nephew, special friends and all those that knew her.

Trisha was raised by her grandparents Ron and Nancy Buffalo on the Daystar First Nation. She cherished her children and her children's father very much. She loved and cherished her uncle Ron (Sunnyman) Buffalo like her own father. She played baseball and broomball and was the star of the team. She was a loving person who had a heart of gold. She had accomplished her Continuing Care Assistant Certificate. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.

The family wishes to express gratitude of thanks for all the care and support given to them from the Daystar First Nation.

Wake will be held Tuesday July 7 ,2020 at 4:00 p.m. at house 280, Daystar First Nation with Wake Service at 7:00 p.m. by Sundance Brass. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday July 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the same location. Interment to follow in the Daystar South Cemetery, Daystar First Nation.
