Vincent Lee Tuckanow

May 12, 2000 – August 22, 2023

 

It is with deep sadness that the family of Vincent Lee Tuckanow announce that he began his journey into the spirit world on August 22, 2023in Regina, SK at the age of 23.

 

Vincent is survived by his life partner Tyra Nokusis and their children Emberly, Ellie and Elena. He also leaves behind his parents Ernest Tuckanow Jr and Lori Cheekinew; mushum Rick (Elizabeth) Stonechild; special mushum Stanley Creeley (Bowser); uncle Fredrick (Lorraine), Lawrence, Darcy Fishers, Stanley (Glenda), Clarence; aunts Dawn (Brian), Lori blacksioux; siblings Anthony (Cortney), Logan (Crissy), Shiela (Dwayne), Tyler, Dannetta, Brendan, Tia, and Aaron; and so many nieces, nephews he adored and loved very much; his cousins, friends, and special people in his life.

Vincent is predeceased by his great grandparents James and Elizabeth Tuckanow; grandparents Ernest Sr and Marleen Tuckanow, Betty Cheekinew & Thomas Backsioux; mushum Theodor Blacksioux; uncle Russell (Rusty), Rayne, Garry, Barry Tuckanow; favorite uncle Michael Dean Tuckanow (Mike); auntie Christine; big sister Elizabeth Tuckanow.

Vincent was known to be kind and respected towards people he met. He will forever be missed and we are thankful for all the connections.

Wake will be held Monday, August 28, 2023 at 4 pm in the Okanese Learning Center Gym, Okanese First Nation. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday August 29, 2023 at 11 am in the same location.
