William Grant Delorme – March 30, 1949 to December 8, 2025
After the sudden passing, our family is saddened to announce the loss of our loved one otherwise known as “Grant”, who was a beloved Father, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle and Friend. Grant passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, en route to Pasqua Hospital, Regina, Saskatchewan, at the age of 76 years.
Grant was predeceased by his Kokum Hilda Pelletier, his parents, William John (Budgie) Delorme and Yvonne (Iskwew) Delorme, his wife Sharon Elizabeth Delorme, his sons, Lyle Delorme, Brett Delorme, and Dushane Sparvier, his grandson, Danon Delorme, his siblings, Harvey, Bev, Reynold and Lulu.
He leaves to mourn his son’s Brendan, and Steven; his daughters Afton Delorme, Novaleigh Sparvier and Journey Delorme; His brothers Elwin (Carol) Delorme, Sherman (Lucy) Delorme; his sisters Elaine (Pat) Cadotte, Brenda Pelletier and Destany Delorme. Special mention of his cousin Donalda and his niece’s Bobby and Ivy, his cousin David Pelletier, many other nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends who will cherish is memory.
Grant lived the majority of his life on the Cowessess First Nation and in Regina, where he raised his family and worked as a Welfare Worker, Child Care Worker, Band Councillor, Safety Officer, Print Press Operator and eventually retired as a Night Watch Security for Cowessess Gas & Grocery. He loved to joke, laugh, tell stories and reminisce and the good ol’ days. He was known as a tinkering mechanic, going to Powwows and spending time with friends and family.

Rest in Peace, our beloved father, brother, Grandpa, Uncle and Friend. You will be forever missed but never forgotten. Until we meet again!
