Florence was predeceased by her husband John B. Desnomie; 2 sons at infancy; grandson Desmond; father Henry Mcleod and mother Eliza Mcleod (Flagg). Florence was the last of her eight siblings.

Florence is survived by her children Delores (King), Gerry (May), Alice, Stuart, Pam, Perry (Grace), Darcy (Barb), Shelly (George); 16 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.  

Wake to be held in house #78, (Pam Desnomie), Peepeekisis First Nation, SK. Tuesday November 14 at 4 pm. Funeral service to be held at Mary Immaculate Roman Catholic Church, Peepeekisis First Nation at 10 am, Wednesday November 15.  Father John Meehan, Elder Robert Bellegarde, Sister Bernadette officiating. Interment in church cemetery. Lunch to follow at the Peepeekisis School gym.
